Through our Portals you can make payments, access and transfer files from your computer or mobile device. The Payment Portal and Client Portal are web-based applications that allow for the encrypted transmission and storage of your financial information, electronic documents and other important files.

How to Sign Up for your Client Portal Account

Our new Client Portal Accounts are easy to use and provide streamlined access to your tax documents and any outstanding requests. The sign-up process is easy. With your email and a 6-digit pin you select, you will have safe, secure access to your portal.

Get Started

To get started, click THIS LINK, then click “Sign Up” to create an account.

Note: you must be on a desktop computer. If you receive an error message about the portal being “desktop only”, please increase the width of your screen until the message disappears.

  1. Enter your name and email, (and optional phone number) as indicated.
  2. Press enter. You will be sent a one-time use Verification Code to your email.
  3. Copy and paste the verification code form your email, then hit enter.
  4. You will be asked to create a 6-digit pin. This pin will be used each time you log in to your account.
  5. You have now created your Client Portal account.

To log in to your portal going forward, enter your email and 6-digit pin. A new one-time use verification code will be sent to your email each time you log in. Simply copy and paste that code into the login screen to securely access your dashboard.

Bonus feature!

To add another email ID to your portal, after logging in to your portal, click on “Security Settings” in the left hand menu. Under the Merge Emails heading, add another email id.
