Max Judd (CPA) helps improve the timeliness and accuracy of his franchisee clients’ financial reporting, so they can confidently focus on the day-to-day needs of their business. Through ongoing communication with business owners and their management teams, Max is responsible for helping his clients meet deadlines, compliance with franchise filing requirements, and catch minor mistakes that can lead to delays for the business.

“What I enjoy most about working for franchisee business clients is that it is demanding – in a good way,” says Max. “I enjoy helping our clients achieve their financial reporting goals on a monthly basis. I feel connected to their success, serving as an external member of their team, to keep them moving ahead efficiently.”

His areas of expertise include completing cash flow projection, financial statement analysis, and compiling financial statements. Max is a manager of the business services team at DSB Rock Island, replying promptly to client questions and needs.
